1. Pre-Order Availability: Pre-orders will be available for select diecast model cars that are yet to be released. The availability of pre-order options will be clearly indicated on the product page. If pre-ordering is not available, the item is either out of stock or already released.

2. Pre-Order Process: To pre-order an item, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment for pre-orders will be processed at the time of placing the order.

3. Release Date: The estimated release date for each pre-order item will be provided on the product page. Please note that release dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays. We will make every effort to update customers regarding any changes to the release date of pre-ordered items. However, please understand that unexpected delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. Estimated release dates will not be updated on product pages unless major delays are expected.

4. Pre-Order Cancellation and Refunds: Pre-order Products cannot be canceled. Pre-orders may be exchanged for other items from Diecast164.com. To initiate an exchange please email email@diecast164.com. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
